HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PRODUCT?

Send us an email with the subject “CHANGE” to info@flylikestore.com within the 15 days that you have for the change with this info:

* Order number of your purchase
* Name and surname
* Reason for change
* Product you want to change and for which (check the online store if there is stock of what you want!)
* The product must be in perfect condition, without use.
* Products can only be exchanged if you are within the 15 days of exchange.

Remember that you have 15 days to do so.

*Both shipping costs are paid by the customer

 

CAN A PRODUCT PURCHASED ON THE PAGE BE RETURNED?

Yes, it can be done within 15 days, taking into account that the return is made by the same means in which it was paid and within 30 calendar days. Important: All shipping costs are covered by the customer.

¿CÓMO REALIZO UN CAMBIO?

 Mándanos un mail con asunto “CAMBIO” a info@flylikestore.com dentro de los 15 dias que tenés para el cambio especificando:

*Número de orden de tu compra
*Nombre y apellido
*Motivo del cambio *Si querés podemos coordinar el cambio por Moto o Correo
*Los productos se pueden cambiar únicamente si está dentro de los 15 días de cambio. 

  

¿SE PUEDE DEVOLVER UN PRODUCTO QUE COMPRE EN LA PÁGINA?

Sí, se puede dentro de los 15 días, teniendo en cuenta que se hace la devolución por el mismo medio en que se abonó y dentro de los 30 días corridos. Importante: Los costos de los envíos corren por cuenta del cliente.
